So, back from a lovely two days at Addington Premier League, over the moon with the big ginger pony. Not quite his usual self in the Inter II but scored a very respectable 65.87 for fourth place in a super class yesterday. Then today was an absolute gentleman in his second ever Grand Prix. I must say I was a little disappointed with the score given how much more mature he felt this time around. However, having seen the score sheets it was all very fair, huge improvements in the first two thirds of the test, then two big mistakes and a non existent engine on the final centre line were very costly! Lots of improvements and lots to build on. The highlight of our trip had to be catching up with the beautiful Bouncer (aka Wild Storm). The first horse I trained to Small Tour he will always hold a very special place in my heart, now with his lovely new pilot Laura Milner, congrats on a great test and the very best of luck tomorrow.
