So we are back into our routine at home after a couple of fantastic days at Dressage at Hickstead Premier League. Bo was fab in the Inter II test, a few little blips still to iron out but he’s trying so hard for me, so we were pleased with 65.66% for seventh place. In the Grand prix I felt I let him down a little with a few piloting errors, costing him dearly in the double mark movements, so unfortunately we finished outside the top ten with just shy of 64%. However, I had some resoundingly positive feedback from my long suffering trainer Emile Faurie, I cannot thank you enough for your time and help in the warm up on both days, some especially positive comments from several judges and a good few eights and a nine earned where I was riding properly! Thanks also to Dena Schwartz for preparing Bo beautifully with his massage work earlier in the week.
